2. ) Laurance
A family-owned and farmed vineyard which is located in the Wilyabrup sub-region of Margaret River, in the south west corner of Western Australia. Their philosophy is to grow the Best Quality fruit for each wine, using sustainable, holistic and environmentally responsible approaches. The Laurance wines are the well-known among the Australians and one of the Best Selling Wines in Singapore.

3. ) Two Hand
** Brilliant Disguise Moscato
Italian in style and made from 100% White Frontignac grapes, this low alcohol, slightly spritzy wine with sweet and lush fruit flavours is always the first variety to be picked and the first wine to be bottled from each vintage of Two Hands. The essence of the Moscato style is in maintaining freshness and vitality.
** Fools Paradise Nebbiolo
Made from a small parcel of Nebbiolo in the Adelaide Hills, the Two Hands Fools Paradise displays a very "un-Australian" quality that find both interesting and heart warming. Hand-picked and processed so as to reduce the natural tannin content, the resulting red wine is bright and focused with savoury characters, lifted notes of cedar and menthol and a very clean and dry finish.
** The Wolf Riesling
From grapes grown in Watervale, The Wolf is a handpicked Riesling made from free-run juice. Under screwcap and with exotic aromatics of pristine, limey fruit and a fine acid backbone, it is a wine that will mature gracefully and in time, exhibit aromas of honey, toast lemon zest and mandarin peel under ideal cellaring.
4. ) Clairault
** Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep vibrant red with a compellingly complex aroma of blackcurrants, cherries and violets, along biscuity, hazelnut oak characters. The palate shows great structure, tightness and length. Blueberry, chocolate, and cherry flavours are supported by firm grained tannins. This wine will need time to show it’s true potential.
** Estate Cabernet Merlot
Deep red colour with slight brick hues. The aroma, immediately closed with hints of cherry and dark berries and oak, evolves in the glass over time to reveal a vibrant minty perfume, aromas of violets, sage, lavender and cocoa. The palate also takes some time for the fruit to emerge from its tight bindings of fine tannin. Excellent length through the palate and finishing with clean pure fruit flavours. Classical Margaret River Cabernet characters.
** Estate Chardonnay
Deep straw in colour. An intriguingly complex aroma that shows fresh mineral, nectarine fruit flavours surrounded by secondary characters of nutmeg, truffle, lanolin and cream. The palate is tightly bound with firm acidity but coated with a lovely fine texture that runs through the palate and lingers on the finish.
** Estate Semillon
This wine is straw in colour. The aromas of this varietal are always a conversation starter. Complex and intriguing! It has vibrant lemon characters combined with hints of saltbush, bay leaf and fresh rain on dry grass. The aromas of lemon and ocean grasses follow through and dominate the palate. Silky smooth, clean, and crisp, this wine has excellent length. Due to the high acids and fruit weight in this particular wine cellaring is recommended. These wines can last anywhere between 20-30 years if kept in ideal conditions.
** Estate Riesling
Pale straw in colour. Aromas of talc, wet slate, nutmeg and pear. The aroma is clean and well defined. The palate has a flinty quality finishing with the sweetness of apple and pear. A moderate acidity, though quite dry and quenching, with excellent length.
