Two Hands 2008 Moscato Brilliant Disguise ( 500ml )

Two Hands 2008 Moscato Brilliant Disguise ( 500ml )

BRILLIANT DISGUISE MOSCATO
DELICATELY SWEET WITH A GENTLE SPRITZ

Winemaking :-
Made from 100% White Frontignac ( Muscat ), it is always the first variety to be picked and the first wine to be bottled from a vintage. The essence of the Moscato style is in maintaining freshness, it is pressed, fermented, filtered, and bottled in quick succession.

With 7.0% alcohol, a slight spritziness, and a touch of residual sugar, it is the ideal frothy aperitif wine. Beautiful aromas of tropical fruits and honeysuckle emerge from this crisp, refreshing, light-bodied white. However these wines deteriorate quickly, so enjoy it over the next six to nine months.

Colour :-
Pale straw in colour.

Aroma :-
A zesty bouquet of fresh grapefruits, watermelon, banana peel, straw, limes, sherbet and fresh flowers.

Palate :-
A lovely coating sweet entry that is underpinned by bright acidity and support by a very fine bead. A very good vintage for the Two Hands Moscato.

Serving Suggestion :-
Serve chilled. An extremely versatile wine that is ideal as an aperitif, or the perfect palate cleanser with fresh fruits and/or lighter desserts. Works well with tangy, salty cheese such as feta or a young goats cheese.

Cellar Potential :-
Best drink within 18 months of vintage.
